Adam Lambert Idol Audition
Adam sang “Bohemian Rapsody” for his audition.
Funny, I just watched it again after viewing several of his other performances. It really doesn’t sound like any of his other performances at all! It was okay, but that magic that makes his other performances so alluring is totally missing from this audition.
Still, the judges put him through to Hollywood. He’s from Hollywood. Interesting–for him, going to Hollywood is going home. He was born to be a star. Truly.
I agree, this did not even sound like him.
The audition only reflects one thing that’s significant about Adam’s musical style–the fact that Freddie Mercury is one of his influences.
